Kimera Coffee is single estate coffee from the Jarabacoa region in the Dominican Republic. It is known for its micro climates and the production of very high quality coffee. The plantation is at an altitude of 1,500 meters and has been run by the same family for 40 years.
The ideal conditions in Jarabacoa produce a very unique coffee flavour: deeply robust but not overwhelming, and a complex nutty flavor. The beans are processed wet. As a result, the taste is best preserved and prevents mold from occurring.
